The spices we use in cooking are also very good for our health. Most of the spices we use have medicinal properties which help the body to fight against many diseases. From turmeric, cumin, cloves to black pepper and asafetida, all these spices are readily available in Indian cuisine. Although we use them to enhance the taste of food, but unknowingly they are very beneficial to the body.
