A dead body was removed from the graveyard in Singhpura village near Dhariwal town of Gurdaspur and sent for post-mortem in the presence of police officers and Tehsildar. This body belonged to a 30-year-old youth who was beaten to death by a priest and his associates in the name of exorcism.
D. S. P Kulwant Singh Mann said that Rakhal wife Manga Masih resident of Singhpura police station Dhariwal had complained yesterday that her son Samuel Masih aged 30 years was sick.
