Students who want to go to Canada have got a big shock. The Government of Canada has doubled the Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC). Those applying to go to Canada will now have to pay GIC 20,635 dollars instead of 10,200 dollars. This rule will be applicable from 1 January 2024
You can apply for Canada Study Visa by paying GIC before 1st January 2024 which will save you a lot. Actually earlier one had to pay 10,000 dollars for GIC.
