Jagraon police arrested two friends who committed the heartbreaking incident of throwing petrol on a young man at Jagraon. However, half a dozen friends who carried out this incident are still out of the custody of the police.
Recently, Manpreet Singh, a resident of Chungi No. 7, was called by his friends from home and brought out. Where they talk to each other and argue and in the meantime one of them grabs him by the arms and the other sprinkles oil and the third puts him on fire.
