Resident doctors are on strike today in three major institutions of Chandigarh, PGI, Government College and Hospital 32 (GMCH), Government Multi Specialty Hospital 16 (GMSH). Due to which new cards will not be made for OPD in Chandigarh PGI today. If an older patient comes for follow-up, he will be seen by a senior doctor and consultant. Doctors of 32 government medical colleges and hospitals will go on strike from 1 pm. By then the OPD service will be over.
