Under the rules, international students can now work off-campus for only 24 hours a week. Earlier international students were allowed to work off campus for more than 20 hours.
This rule is coming into effect from September. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister Mark Miller has said that the temporary policy allowing students to work more than 20 hours per week off campus expires on April 30.
