Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan and fry the glue in it. Lightly fry the almonds, cashews and pistachios in the remaining ghee. Now put the nuts in the pan and fry on low gas till crispy. After cooling, beat the makhana and glue evenly. Finely chop cashews, almonds and pistachios. Dry fry the celery and celery. Mix everything in a bowl. Add jaggery powder and mix well.
