When eating breakfast we should keep in mind that we should never eat breakfast together, meaning we should always eat small meals 3 to 4 times a day. If we do this, we can lose weight very quickly. When we eat breakfast, we should be careful that we never drink water or anything else with our breakfast. Because if we drink water with breakfast, our body takes a long time to digest the food, which prevents us from digesting our bread quickly. So we should always eat breakfast without drinking anything.
