Pritpal Singh, a farmer injured in the agitation at Khanuri border, who was admitted to Rohtak PGI, has now been referred to Chandigarh PGI. Information in this regard has been given by BKU Sidhupur. It may be mentioned that after the information that the injured farmer was in Rohtak PGI, Punjab Chief Secretary (CS) Anurag Verma had written to Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal asking him to hand over the farmer to Punjab. It was learned that Pritpal Singh of Punjab, who was injured during the farmers’ agitation, is undergoing treatment at PGI Rohtak.
