There are usually three types of sleep problems. One is that sleep does not come at all or it breaks after coming and never comes back, and also such that it keeps coming and going all night – even if you sleep or not. We technically call all these insomnia. The reasons for each of these are different. The second type of problem is sleep deprivation throughout the day. Sleep while sitting. Falling asleep while working Nap while driving. Overall, the opposite of insomnia is disturbed by excessive sleep. And they are the third type of sleep problems.
