If you start to get back pain from continuous sitting work, then take a break for 5 minutes in between. The muscles of the body also need rest. Do the forward-backwards bending exercise while standing. Stretching exercises also reduce pain, muscles are relaxed. Child pose, touching the toes, cobra pose, cat-cow pose will reduce the pain.
When the work is complete, before going to bed at night, massage the waist and back with mustard oil. Heat mustard oil by adding garlic and celery and massage the body with this oil.
